We, Enlightened Energies, have the vision to be a global instrument in empowering everyone to optimize their full potential and well-being. When empowered, this human being thrives and serves society to its best abilities. Therefore, we decided to establish this organization to be used as a vehicle to fulfill these visionary changes. Our mission is to nurture the enlightenment of humanity through our services, content and communities so that every human being can be their truest expression and fulfill authentic journeys. 

With the power of meditation, we are driven:

• To develop consistent and robust meditation practices in the lives of human beings.
• To create a foundation in the human being's character filled with the right skills, such as compassion, confidence, and service.
• To empower as many human beings as possible to have optimized overall well-being and to reach their full enlightened potential.
• To build a community for human beings so that they know that they are supported in their journey.

Our intention and goal of Enlightened Energies are to enlighten and empower one human being at a time.

We believe that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. In everything we do, we want to make sure that we keep it simple, and focus on excellence and service. We have a 'people first' centric motto and value building a strong connection to our community. 

 

PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy for all our efforts is based on three pillars: Purpose (why), Passion (what) and Positivity (how). We strongly believe in following our highest purpose in life: to serve humanity in the best way possible. Passion is the driving force behind this purpose, and we are passionate about meditation and humanity. Positivity is a key aspect behind every word and action used in our organization. 

 

LONG TERM PLAN

For those who know us well, children play a very special part in our journey. They are divine beings that bring immense joy to us and inspire us to make tomorrow better for them. Our long term vision with our organization is to raise sufficient funds to help improve the health and education of children around the world.

 

FOUNDER'S JOURNEY

Anju Sharma, the founder of Enlightened Energies, believes in the power of serving others by spreading happiness and wisdom. She has always been an avid advocate for social services by dedicating her spare time to volunteering with children at YMCA and hospitals. 

During her yoga teaching training in 2013, she underwent such a huge transformation that awakened her authentic self. She felt as though her renewed aura radiates a clearer sense of meaningful purposes, values, and attitudes. Since then, she has built a robust and consistent practice in her journey with the mindfulness techniques that she has learned from her yoga training. 

As her knowledge of meditation deepened, she often wished that she had this knowledge earlier in her journey so that she had the right tools to deal with day-to-day challenges. Then, a profound idea emerged where she wanted to combine her two most precious passions together: humanity and meditation. Enlightened Energies is a true reflection of the founder at multiple levels and she is thrilled to positively contribute to the lives of humanity with the help of meditation.
