In order to achieve the optimal benefits of meditation, it is best to introduce yourself to the importance of having a consistent meditation practice. Making mindfulness a regular habit will become the foundation for a journey filled with compassion, confidence, service and more.

Enlightened Energies has created over 50 meditations, called 'Mindful Moments', that are structured and easy to follow for you. These 5-minute meditations teach various themes, such as kindness and courage. Each day of the meditation has the following skillful activities, as illustrated in the table below.

Mindful Moments - Moving
You are to move certain parts of your body. This body movement incorporates simple stretches to increase physical energy. Click here to learn more about moving.

Mindful Moments - Thanking You are to share your gratitude. This act expresses a few words of thankfulness to improve your overall well-being.
Mindful Moments - Feeling You are to express how you feel. This check in provides an awareness of feelings to process your emotional state.

To perform these meditations, you can do them in a quiet and comfortable space. If you cannot do all the sections, that is perfectly fine. You can resume the meditation another day.
