Affirmations, which are repeated short and positive words and phrases, have a powerful impact on you. These affirmations become a belief system that leads to your behavior and personality. These beliefs help you to learn positive self-talk and self-image from a young age. They also contribute to a growth mindset and overall healthy well-being for you.

 

In order to develop positive thinking and emotional intelligence in you, affirmations need to be reinforced as part of your daily habits. When you are saying or thinking of these affirmations, you should take a few breaths beforehand to calm yourselves. This will help you to fully absorb the affirmations within. Then, select an affirmation that you feel comfortable saying or create your own, and repeat it 3 times.
