Body movement plays a crucial role in your overall well-being and should be incorporated as part of the daily activities. It helps to build strong physical endurance and energy. These body movements can range from simple stretches to playing a sport. 

Here is a list of body movements that you can do:

  • Wiggle the fingers for 5 seconds.
  • Rotate the wrists for 5 rounds.
  • Open and close the eyes for 5 counts.
  • Open and close the mouth for 5 counts.
  • Circle the head for 5 counts.
  • Move the head side to side for 10 counts.
  • Massage the ears for 5 seconds.
  • Wiggle the nose for 5 seconds.
  • Raise the shoulders up and down for 5 counts.
  • Grab the hands above the head and stretch the arms for 5 seconds.
  • Grab the hands behind the back and stretch the chest for 5 seconds.
  • Twist from the waist for 10 counts.
  • Bend the upper body side to side for 10 counts.
  • Do bicep curls for 5 counts.
  • Squat for 5 counts.
  • Lunge side to side for 10 counts.
  • Extend the legs in front while sitting for 5 seconds.
  • Rotate the ankles for 5 rounds.
  • Wiggles the toes for 5 seconds.
  • Do jumping jacks for 5 counts.
  • Jog on spot for 5 seconds.
