BACKGROUND

Enlightened Energies (EE) is a disrupter welltech company that revolutionizes meditation to positively impact humanity's empowerment. EE's vision is to empower humanity through mindfulness and communities so that everyone can optimize their well-being, reach their enlightened potential, and fulfill their authentic journey.

In the recent market analysis of the meditation space, EE has recognized several challenges in the current market and realized that the addressable size of this target market is a magnitude one:

  • Humanity (e.g. teenagers, burnout workers, aged seniors) is facing more isolation and anxiety due to the global pandemic, thus impacting their well-being. These people are seeking easy-to-follow personalized mindfulness tools to help alleviate their health issues, connections with other people in the meditation community to reduce their isolation, and mentors to ensure that they are building the mindfulness practice properly.
  • Mentors (e.g. healthcare professionals, educators, coaches) are seeking ways to promote their mindfulness services to others in a marketplace, to gain from mentee matching opportunities to contribute positively to their well-being, have comprehensive AI insights on the mentee's practice and well-being, and to get professionally certified in meditation.

Recently, EE has created and launched several meditation programs that help humanity to build a consistent mindfulness practice. Each meditation is structured with several simple activities such as movement, breathwork, affirmation, visualization, gratitude, emotional check-in, and reflection. However, the team of EE is aware that it is difficult to track adherence since these meditations are currently in a PDF format. It would be easier for people to monitor the person’s meditation progress and to build a more robust and consistent practice that will empower him/her through a digital tool, such as a mobile app.  

 

SOLUTION

To address these gaps, EE has developed a mission to serve this target audience by crafting cutting edge technology and meaningful knowledge that will fuel their audience growth. EE has envisioned an 'all-in-one' meditation digital platform with the following major applications:

  • A mobile application for the meditators to build their mindfulness practice, design their own meditations, track their mindfulness performance, and connect with like-minded communities, and book mentors to optimize their well-being. 
  • A mobile application for the mentors to create an online profile in the marketplace about their mindfulness services to increase their presence and engage with their mentees, view their booking requests, and get certified in EE meditation training.
  • A web application for the EE administration to comprehensively manage all the content, users and their data.
